Professional Services

Mortgage As-Builts

These surveys are used for buying or selling a home or for planning for a new addition. The As-Built survey will locate improvements on a site relative to the property lines. The survey will show features such as buildings, sheds, driveways, and any other visible, above-the-ground improvements. As-built surveys also show any easements recorded on the record plat, legal access, and the recorded boundary information. Make sure you have an up to date as-built on any property you are buying. You want to know what exactly you are buying and how local law affects your property.

Plot Plans

A Plot plan is used for proposed construction that uses recorded information pertaining to the vacant lot. We'll overlay the foot print of a proposed home (typically supplied by the client or an architect) onto the vacant lot to show where the new proposed home will be built. Once the proposed Plot Plan is approved by local officials, we can then be hired to go out to the property and stake out where the construction of the new home will be located.

Boundary Surveys & Lot Line Stakes

Building a fence? Or building anything on your property? Know for sure where your property line before you start give me a call I can help! Don't agree with where your neighbor built his fence? I can give you an independent check.

Section Line Research

Section Line Easement law is complex. Some Section Lines have easements some don't. The width varies depending on a number of different things. Get to the bottom of what you do or do not have and how much you have.

Elevation Certificates

The FEMA maps are being updated in the near future for the Mat Valley. Do you need a new Elevation Certificate to save some money on flood insurance? Do you need to get flood insurance? Are you building in a flood plane? Give me a call.

Septic Design Survey Support

Coordination with your Septic Design Engineer to fulfill Municipal survey requirements for permitting. Includes pre and post construction asbuilt depending on what is required for your project.
$  800 flat fee

Simple Subdivisions

Need to move a lot line? Subdivide your quarter section? Do you want to give your kids part of your homestead? Let's make it happen.

Final As-Builts

The Final As Built Survey physically locate structures and improvements on a parcel of land and are used post-construction to verify that all of the proposed improvements were built according to the specifications of the proposed plan.

Lot Line Elimination

Do you have two lots that you built your cabin in the middle of? Or you want to build your house on? I can walk you through the process to make it one big lot.
